Peter began his career in risk management and programme delivery after earning his qualifications in project and governance frameworks. He entered the PMO and consultancy field in 2005 to support large-scale transformation initiatives. Peter specialises in embedding risk frameworks, managing governance, and delivering assurance for complex technology programmes.

With 20 years of experience, he has successfully worked across diverse sectors, including Central Government, UK Parliament, Financial Services, and consultancy. His expertise includes developing risk frameworks for high-profile projects such as the UK Parliament’s digital transformation, as well as leading programmes in Data Management/GDPR, Oracle Cloud ERP, and large-scale transformations. Passionate about enabling confident decision-making, Peter thrives in collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
